01 · Start where you are
One part at a time.
Let’s say you sit down to pray and don’t know what to say. You can use the starting words. You can add one sentence of your own. There is no requirement to fill every box.
- Open the prayer builder. The first part is Our Father.
- Under its question, open Read the starting prayer. If you want an example, open Need a starting point? above it.
- Write in Your words, or leave the box blank to keep the starting prayer. Choose Keep & continue at the bottom of the card.
- Move through the six parts. You can use the part names to go back. Choose Read my prayer below the card whenever you want to read the prayer together.
You can read silently or out loud. If your mind wanders, come back to the next part. When you are ready, I’ve finished praying is below the full prayer.
02 · Keep the words
Save a copy for another day.
After you choose Read my prayer, scroll to Keep these words for another day. It sits below the six prayer sections.
- Give the prayer a name in Give this version a name.
- Read the words. Check I have read this prayer and want to keep these words.
- Choose Sign in to keep this prayer. In Your prayer account, use Continue with Google or enter your email and password and choose Sign in with email. For a new email-and-password account, choose New here? Create an account first.
- Private saving and personal PDFs are $15/month. If your plan is not active, open Your plan and billing in the account area and choose Upgrade for $15/month ↗. Stripe opens in a separate tab. Keep your prayer page open.
- After checkout, return to your original prayer tab and choose Check my plan. Once it says your plan is active, choose Save this version. Wait for Saved to your account. Payment does not save the prayer for you.
Other members cannot see saved prayers. Authorized service operators can access stored data. Your words are not sent to marketing or analytics. Read how saving works.
03 · Come back
Find the prayer you saved.
- At the top of the builder, choose My saved prayers. If asked, sign in using the same Google account or email-and-password account you used before.
- Below the editor, open Your saved prayers. Choose Open beside the prayer you want.
- Read it again. To change something, use Edit beside that part. Review the full prayer and choose Save this version again to keep the new version.
Your earlier saved version stays in the list. If the list looks empty, check the account you signed into, then choose Refresh saved prayers inside Your saved prayers.
04 · Take it with you
Which PDF do you need?
The two prayer guides
The eight-page companion and one-page aid contain our prepared prayer material. Use The prayer PDFs in the builder’s footer to reach the download page. They do not contain words you typed in the builder.
A PDF of your own saved prayer
Your personal PDF is included in the $15/month plan. It uses the words in a prayer you have saved. Audio is not included.
- Once your plan is active, open a saved prayer through My saved prayers, or read and save a new version.
- Below the full prayer, find Take your prayer with you. Choose Download my prayer PDF.
- Open the downloaded file to read or print it. On a phone, check your browser’s downloads or your Files app if it does not open immediately.
If that button is missing or unavailable, check that you are signed in, your plan is active, and the version on screen has been saved. If you have edited it, review and save that version first.
You can write and pray for free without buying a plan. If saving or downloading does not work, ask him for help.
A few common questions
When something gets in the way.
I forgot my password.
In Your prayer account below the editor, open Sign in or create an account. Enter your email, then choose Reset password. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you used Google to create the account, use Continue with Google.
The moving compass is distracting me.
Choose Pause motion at the top of the builder. You can still work through every prayer part.
Saving did not finish.
Keep the page open. Read the message beside the save button and check your connection. Try saving again when the connection returns. If it still fails, copy your words somewhere private before leaving the page, then contact Ben with the error message.
Can I delete a saved prayer?
Open Your saved prayers below the editor. Choose Delete beside the version you want to remove and read the confirmation before proceeding. This removes that saved version, not the whole account. Downloaded copies on your own devices are separate.
Does saving subscribe me to emails?
No. A prayer account and the email list are separate. For emails you subscribed to, use the unsubscribe link in an email.
Your $15/month plan, cancellation and refunds.
The plan includes private saving and personal prayer PDFs. It is $15 USD per month and renews monthly until you cancel. No minimum term. Audio is not included. Writing and praying here remain free.
In the builder’s Your prayer account area, open Your plan and billing, then choose Cancel renewal. Saving and PDF access continue through the paid month. After that, you can still read or delete prayers already saved. Manage billing ↗ opens Stripe for payment details and invoices.
For a full refund of your first payment, email ben@faithinreach.com within seven days. A refund ends the subscription and paid access. Ben reviews later refund requests individually.
Is there a recording I can listen to?
Audio is not available in the current builder. For now, you can read your prayer silently or out loud, or use the printable guides.
