Your account, email and privacy.
When you join the Faith in Reach email list, you’re asking to receive the prayer resources you request, our teaching, and launch updates. We use MailerLite to manage the list and send those emails.
Your email
The signup sends your email address to MailerLite. If you’re new to the list, you’ll receive a confirmation message before joining. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails.
Questions about your information, or a request to remove it? Email ben@faithinreach.com.
When you request the prayer PDFs, MailerLite sends an email linking to a download page on this website. The PDF files are hosted here. MailerLite records delivery and link-click activity so we can check whether the resources reach you.
Your prayer reflection
What you type in the prayer reflection stays in this page while it is open. It is not sent to us or saved after you close or reload the page.
Your account and saved prayers
The prayer builder uses Google Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in or email and password. Firebase handles your login credentials. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Until you choose Save, your prayer words stay in the open page. Refreshing or closing clears unsaved changes. When you save, the title, six personal entries, starter prayer wording and save time are stored in a separate Google Firebase database under your account. Each save keeps a separate version. Other members cannot read your prayers. Authorized Faith in Reach service operators and Google’s service systems can access stored data as needed to operate the service. This is account-protected storage, not end-to-end encryption.
We do not send prayer words to MailerLite, marketing systems or analytics. We do not put those words in page addresses or routine error logs. Google processes technical information needed to run and protect the service.
A secure sign-in cookie keeps this browser signed in for up to five days. Sign out when you finish on a shared device. Signing out clears the prayer from this page and leaves saved versions in your account. We do not store prayer drafts in your browser’s local storage.
You can delete a version from Your saved prayers. That removes it from active storage. Firestore’s short-term version history may retain earlier data for up to one hour. We have not enabled additional prayer-database backups. For account removal or questions about your saved information, contact ben@faithinreach.com.
Payments and your personal PDF
Stripe processes payments for the $15/month private-saving and personal-PDF plan. We send Stripe your account reference and the selected product. Stripe receives the email, card and billing details you enter on its checkout page. Your prayer words are not sent to Stripe.
We keep a checkout reference with your account so the service can verify your subscription before saving a new prayer version or delivering a personal PDF. Stripe holds payment records. The PDF is made from your saved prayer when you request it and sent to your signed-in browser. We do not keep a separate PDF file on the server. When paid access ends, existing saved prayers remain readable and deletable. See the plan, cancellation and refund terms.
More about checkout information: Stripe’s privacy policy.
Your feedback
The PDF feedback survey asks which guide you looked through, how useful it seems, who it might help, and what you would change. You do not have to use it during prayer to give feedback. Every question is optional. We do not ask for your name or email address, and submitting feedback does not join you to an email list. Please leave out private prayer details and other people’s names.
The prayer builder feedback form asks whether you reached words you felt comfortable using, used any to pray, could find your next step, and what you found helpful or would change. You can give an opinion after looking through it. Every question is optional. No name, email or account is needed. Please leave out your prayer words and personal details.
Your submitted answers, a random receipt number, the survey version, and the submission time are stored privately in Google Firebase. Faith in Reach uses them to improve the guides and prayer builder. Builder feedback is kept separately from PDF feedback and is not linked to your prayer account. Responses are available to authorized project operators, not to other visitors. We keep them until they are no longer needed for that work or you ask us to remove your response. Include your receipt number if you contact us about removal.
Answers stay in the open page until you send them. They are not saved in your browser after you close or reload it. Firebase also processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service. Your feedback is not permission to publish a testimonial.
The website
The site remembers your motion preference in your browser. It is hosted with Google Firebase. MailerLite and Firebase process technical information needed to provide their services.
